Made phone appointment with staff giving me an 8:00, 9:00 and 1:00 times for Aug.29,2024. I choose the 9:00 and after having traveling from another state (1-1/2 hrs. one way) and arriving at 8:30 they proceeded to say I missed my appointment time. I did not confirm any change by text as I did not know they changed it. I could not wait for a later time that morning due to my presence needed back home for sick animals. Now they are trying to charge me $50.00 for that false appointment time. I know I won't be going back if staff is going to treat you like that. Don't have no problem with Dr. Bald himself.
