Schedule Appointment

Our online scheduler allows patients to self-schedule routine or acute medical dermatology appointments up to 90 days into the future. All Surgical or Cosmetic appointments must contact our office to schedule so we can book an appropriate length of time to ensure you receive the highest level of care.

If at any time you have questions or difficulties booking online, please call the office at 757-461-1033 for assistance.

Registration

Click the button below to begin booking your appointment. After choosing your time and submitting your request, you will receive an email with a registration link to our medical records platform, eDerm. 

Login with the patient’s last name and date of birth. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your Spam Folder. If you still can’t find the email or can’t login, please call the office.

If you are an established patient, you should see a “welcome back!” notice appear after validating your name and date of birth. If you do not see this even though you have been a patient of the practice, please call the office after scheduling your appointment for further instructions on accessing your record.

If you are new to our office, WELCOME! After receiving your appointment request we will call you to obtain needed insurance information and confirm the reason for the appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appoinment time on your first visit for further check-in procedures.

• If you have any questions about our participation with your insurance plan, please call our office or your insurance company before scheduling an appointment.
• If your plan requires a referral to be seen by a specialist, please obtain it from your Primary Doctor before your visit.
